Embroidery Services

General Guidelines

  • All Orders Received after Noon (12pm MST) enter schedule on next day.
  • Each job must be written as a separate PO/order form. Orders cannot be combined.
  • Production Schedule: 7-10 working days upon receipt of PO, Art, Merchandise & Approval.
  • Any merchandise unclaimed over 3 months will be donated to a worthy cause.
  • All goods must be in house 3 business days prior to set production date to avoid delay.
  • Order Forms, artwork and merchandise must be complete prior to being put on production schedule.
  • All Payment Arrangements must be finalized before entering production schedule. New customers must pay C.O.D. for embroidery work and in advance for any digitizing services.
  • For Orders Over 1,000 pcs. Please Call For Production Times. Complicated orders with multiple locations will require extra time.
  • Any unused disks not claimed after 2 years will be destroyed.
  • Any Merchandise unclaimed over 6 months will be discarded.
  • We are not responsible for sewing results on customer supplied DST files.
  • All sew-out samples may not match fabric used in order. Texture and stitching might vary in final production.
  • We are not responsible for embroidering on defective items or on incorrect styles, colors and sizes sent by merchandise vendors.
  • We are not responsible for quality of embroidery from files not digitized by our company.
  • We are not responsible for your ink or thread colors clashing with garment colors provided in your order.
  • Hat orders, customer must supply 2 additional hats for sample sew-out purposes. If you decide not to supply them for samples, you must accept that flat sew-out samples will not sew the same as final hat production.
  • Prices subject to change without notice

Charges and Specialty Requests

  • Quotes for stitch count may vary greatly. Final stitch count will be based off .DST sew out proof prior to production.
  • We will not embroider leather, velvet, mesh, or other non-standard fabric types.
  • Quantities for pricing purposes determined by number of pieces per design.
  • All Stitch counts rounded to the next thousand
  • Shirts & Hats are not combined for quantity pricing

Additional Charges

  • Digitizing is based on stitch count, TBD.
  • Personalization Layout: One Line: $10.00; 2 Lines $12.00
  • Performance Fabric: Add $0.50 special backing
  • Hat Backs: Minimum charge $4.00 when doing the front (under 4,000 stitches) TYPESET ONLY
  • Metallic Thread: Add $1.50
  • Excessive Thread Color Change: Add $0.50/Per Piece
  • Difficult Items: Add $1.50 per piece

Shipping / Receiving

  • Drop Shipping: $7.50 per location
  • International Shipments: $50 service charge, plus freight
  • Based on weight, dimensions & zip code.
  • We use UPS ground - unless your PO directs us otherwise. (No Federal Express Shipments)
  • PLEASE indicate on your shipping request form if we are shipping to a residence or a business.

WRONG ADDRESS: Or Unspecified Residence Subject to $30.00 each UPS change.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: Amount of insurance will equal package value.
