Being born in the Hood River, OR right smack in the middle of the Northwest does not mean that you are born a hunter.  Luckily my step father Brad Fowler pointed me in the rite direction at an early age. With his help I was able to take some quality animals at the young age of twelve. From then on I was hooked. There was one distraction that set me back some years though and that was football. It was not until I was 21 years old that I said enough of the pig skin and started spending my falls chasing bone instead of ball carriers. I’m now 27 years old and have been lucky enough to take some quality animals with my bow and a rifle. The last four years I have left home for the entire bow season leaving my beautiful and loving girlfriend Kira behind. Every year she has just smiled and asked me to be safe before leaving. Last fall I purchased a video camera in hopes of catching my experience’s in the outdoors for everyone at home to see. I was lucky enough last year to meet some guys with the same goal as myself. I spent some quality time with them last year. From the time in the field with them I learned a lot about camera’s, hunting, and made great friendships. I’m dedicating my future into becoming the best hunter and cameraman I can be. All in hopes of letting people see the world through my eyes and to accomplish my own personal goals as a hunter and wildlife conservationist. I look forward to meeting new people in the field every year. If you see me out there you better say hi and share some of your stories. Good luck and shoot strait.
